Krasivo Privacy Policy
In short
- Photos are processed only on your device and are never sent anywhere
- The app has no servers, accounts, ads, analytics or paid features
- The app collects no personal data
- One exception, Android: the optional AI tools run through Google ML Kit, and Google receives technical information about how it runs (not photos)

Photos
Photos are chosen through the system picker (on Android also through the camera). The app receives only the pictures you choose, not your whole library
You save the result: on Android into Pictures/Krasivo, on iPhone, iPad and Mac into Photos, on Windows into a folder you choose. Originals and results are not sent to the developer
Data on your device
The app's private storage holds:
- the list of your edits and their settings
- working copies of chosen photos and small previews
- a local profile (name, nickname, avatar, game scores), if filled in
- settings (theme, language, icon, save options)
This data never leaves the device and is removed with the app. A single edit can be deleted in "My edits". Device backups made with Apple, Google or Microsoft tools may include these files under the system's rules
What the app does not have
- accounts or sign-in
- ads
- analytics or tracking
- payments or subscriptions
- access to contacts, microphone, location, calls or messages
Android: AI tools and Google ML Kit
Some tools (face detection, background replacement and removal, hiding text, selecting an object, matching a style) use Google ML Kit through Google Play services
- Analysis runs on the device, the photo is not sent to Google
- The tool's module is downloaded on first use, for which the app is allowed internet access. The app makes no other network requests
- According to Google, ML Kit collects technical information: device model and OS version, app name and version, an installation identifier, performance figures and error codes. - Without Google Play services these tools are unavailable, and the rest of the editor works fully

iPhone, iPad and Mac
Processing is done by the device itself (Core Image, Metal, Vision). The app does not use the network. Access to Photos is requested only to add finished pictures
Windows
Processing happens on the computer. The network is used only when you follow a link to the website or a social network: it opens in your browser

Links to the website and social networks open in your browser. Those services' own rules apply
Cookies and web analytics
The krasivo.site website (the “Website”) uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service provided by YANDEX LLC (the “Service”). The Service is used only with the user’s consent, given by pressing Accept in the cookie notice. Until consent is given, or if it is declined, the Service is not loaded, its cookies are not set and no data is processed
- Data processed: cookies and a browser identifier; the pages and sections of the Website viewed, clicks, scrolling and viewing time; a recording of interaction with the page; the referring source; device, operating system and browser type, screen resolution; the IP address in truncated form and the country and city derived from it
- Purpose: analysing how the Website is used in order to improve its content and usability. The data is not used for advertising or to identify users
- Legal basis: the user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR; for users in Russia, Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”)
- Recipient: YANDEX LLC, which processes the data under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use. The data is not disclosed to any other third party
- Retention: for the periods set out in the Service’s terms of use. The Service’s cookies are removed from the device when consent is withdrawn and can also be deleted in the browser settings
- Other data: the Website has no contact forms or registration. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and other contact details are not collected on the Website
Consent can be withdrawn at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page of the Website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Requests regarding data processing should be sent to krasivo.support@gmail.com
Children
No data is collected about anyone, children included, and age is not asked. The app has no chat, purchases or ads
Your rights
The app sends no user data to the developer, so there is nothing to request, correct or delete. Everything is on your device. To remove the data, uninstall the app. Consent to cookies on the website can be withdrawn via Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, and requests regarding data processing can be sent to the address in Contact
Changes
